It is a matter of great satisfaction and pleasure to watch the disabled children being governed up by Lebenshilfe under the committed and the most able guidance of Mrs Saraswathi Devi. It appears as though the entire Organization has been naturally created to take care of the disabled persons. I wish the Organization all success and enlargement of their activities in the years to go.

My visit to this wonderful center has restored the my faith in the ability of women in india to address every important issue and to get the job done in a proper way. In this day and age of corruption and selfishness, this center stands out as an example of what can be done in the spirit of the Seva. I want to spread the word in my country about this successful experiment and the dedicated persons behind it. Praying for your continued success always.

This school is exemplary and trains mentally weak students in an extraordinary manner. This is a wonderful experience and I visited this school first time. It also helps poor families and their children in a systamatic manner. It also teaches such students who can not even do their basic needs. It is an excellent and memorable thing done.

From a humble beginning this organization has evolved into an excellent service establishment dedicated to the cause of mentally challenged children. This organisation is catering to the children hailing from lower strata of the society, and providing them traning in speech, coordination, vocational activities in order to integrate them in the main stream of the society. The teachers and staff are found to be highly devoted to the cause of service to these unfortunate children. I wish Smt Saraswathi Devi and her team all the best.

Lebenshilfe, Visakhapatnam is an illustrious organization rendering yoeman service to the mentally retarded children. It has well equipped classrooms, competent staff, dedicated management and it is like a pious temple for the rehabilitation of the mentally retarded children. I have visited Lebenshilfe for two hours and observed how Mrs. Saraswathi Devi, the Executive Director developed and shaped it as a model institute not only for the state Government but also for the entire nation itself. The tiger dance therapy introduced here is a mixure of tradition and experiment and by presenting this therapy in the international seminars stood as a working model in the field of mental retardation in the entire state. I have gone round all the vocational groups and convinced that the book-binding, tailoring and embriodery, carpentry, envelop making , sewing and laminated dry leaves etc. should be encouraged to the extent possible. I promise to help all possible help from my side to this wonderful worthy institute.

Dear Saraswathi and Staff at Lebenshilfe,
Many thanks for the hospitality and the opportunity to visit your school. It was inspiring to witness the evidence of your strength and determination to create a caring and loving and stimulating environment for the mentally retarded. I was impressed by the devotion of the hard-working staff and by the liveliness of the children who are obviously gaining much in this empathic and supportive setting. The ‘tigers’ dancers and musicians were ofcourse a special treat for me, teachers and children alike.
I wish you success in all your endeavours and may be school prospers in the ways that truly matter in, supporting the development while nourishing the human dignity of every person in your community.

Lebenshilfe is a wonderful institution. The work that is being done with the students is first class. The efforts of Director Sarah and her dedicated staff are shining through. Today, as chief guest at the honouring of teachers day, I had a feast of music, dance and songs. The culmination was the presentation of all the staff, one by one to thunderous applause for one and all great work being done by great people of pleasure and honour to visit.

This institution with its dedicated Director, desciplined teachers, work-oriented other staff members, is doing an excellent service to the mentally retarded children. The children are lucky to be students of this institution. Mrs Saraswathi Devi and her team deserve all the encouragement.
